Our focus is to discover, explore and develop low cost gold assets in Mexico. Our key assets are the San Antonio project in Baja and the La Colorada project in Sonora, both of which are advanced stage projects.
After a significant drill program at San Antonio in 2008, we were able to announce a Measured and Indicated Resource of 1.53 million ounces and 111,000 ounces inferred of bulk tonnage gold (Giroux, 2009). At La Colorada, drilling continues to test historic (non 43-101 compliant) gold resources, in both high grade veins and bulk tonnage settings.
The company is well funded, with a robust treasury of $15 million and no debt. With these key assets, additional exploration targets and a prudent acquisition strategy, we will continue to add value for our shareholders and we have accomplished what few junior companies are able to do: Find Gold.
